Help us support Jensen's fantastic fundraising efforts!Dear parents, carers and friends,
We wanted to share a special fundraising initiative led by one of our Y4 students, Jensen, who is donating his hair to the Little Princess Trust whilst also raising vital funds for Chesterfield Animal Rescue.
This Saturday Jensen will be chopping off his hair to donate to the Little Princess Trust which will be used to make wigs for children who suffer with hair loss. He is also fundraising for Chesterfield Animal Rescue which is a charity close to Jensen and his family.
We are so proud of Jensen's dedication and compassion and wanted to help spread the word.
If you'd like to learn more or support the cause, you can visit his just giving page, which we have shared on our school Facebook.
Thank you for encouraging and celebrating the spirit of giving in our community! - 10 Jul 2025
Uniform swap shop!Have you got some uniform that is in good condition that your child no longer needs or wears? Please consider donating this to our local pop up shop, you can drop off clean uniform at the school office and a Lighthouse representative will pick this up.
Would you like to have a look at the uniform on offer at the shop? This is a completely free resource for ALL families in Chesterfield, no referral needed, no eligibility criteria, just a welcoming space to get what’s needed for the new school year. Only good quality uniform will be in the shop so it's worth a look for any of our families, it may save you money (and shopping time!) Information about the pop up shop is attached on the poster.
